Long Distance Moving:

Long Distance moves require more preparations than local moves.

• Please make sure to state your full inventory to your customer service representative when presenting your inventory.
• Professional packing is provided if needed, or you can ask our customer service representative for advice on how to pack your items best.
• We are reliable! Only our own employees will handle your move
• Our headquarters maintain a continuing contact with our drivers, from origination point to the final destination.
• Our drivers have all completed extensive courses on safe driving, required by the Department of transportation.
• We always adhere to interstate industry rules and regulations
• We offer both Commercial and Residential moving services.

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES WILL BE INCLUDED IN  YOUR RATE: (unless otherwise discussed with a visual estimator or a customer service rep)

- Door to Door Service
- Disassembly & Reassembly of Furniture
- Loading & Unloading
- Blankets/ protective pads: Free Use Of blankets & Padding, Belts, Ties, and Straps For added protection of your furniture.  -Stairs (first 7-10 steps ~one landing~)
- 1 Free Month of Storage
- Tax
- Toll roads
- Mileage
- Basic coverage (valuation of $0.60/lb per article)


The following services and rates are not included:
Stairs (from the 2nd landing and up, $75/ landing).
Elevator ($75.00 one-time fee)
Long Carry (for example: From where our truck is parked to your door, if it's 100 ft or more, an additional charge of $100 per each 100 feet will apply).
Additional Packing : Packing materials like Mattress covers, bubble wrap, boxes, & tape are an extra cost. Glass, Mirrors or electronics will be crated.Please note that packing materials will be charged solely based on what will be used for your move.
Shuttle service (varies): A shuttle is required at destination points that cannot accept an 18 wheel semi-trailer. Most situations don't require a shuttle, however if it is required, it will be charged at $.50/cubic foot to transfer your items, with a minimum of 350.00.
Bulky item ($250.00) : denotes any items that cannot be stacked on top of or beneath. It's a special item that is awkwardly shaped (i.e.: riding lawnmowers, golf carts, etc...)
Storage Additional time in storage after 1 month of free storage is expired is charged at a monthly rate of 34 cents per cu/ft per month. Please notify -stop storage- the office 7 days before storage expires, or next months storage fee will apply.
To cancel moving services customer must render e-mail and a phone call no later than 3 days prior to the move date, or a fee of $ 400.00 will be applied.

-Methods of payment:
a) 10% of quote - Security Deposit (*20% for seasonal moves)
b) 50% of remaining balance due on the pick up date via cash or Postal Money Order, a credit card may be accepted upon prior written approval.
c) All of the remainder upon delivery via cash or postal money order ONLY.

*Please note: If payment is returned to us as NSF; The first month's storage will apply to your total charges, a fee of $50 for the NSF will be necessary, and full payment for total contracted amount will be required prior to delivery.
