Q. What laws are applicable regarding drive time in local
moves?
A. It is illegal for a moving company to charge for the time spent
driving to
A. your pick-up location, and from your (last) delivery location.
According to the CA PUC Only the Double Drive Time Law applies in the case of drive time charges. Please check out page 9 of the Maximum Rate Tariff 4.
Q. What forms of payment does the company accept?
A. All Credit Cards, Postal Money Orders, and Cash.
(The person named on the credit card must be present at the time of payment with valid ID)
Q. Does the company offer storage?
A. We offer 1st month storage for FREE.
